In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an account on ma77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee of ma77 or any of its affiliated providers;
• You have not previously had a ma77 account that was suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ma77 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms. ma77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated Bonus Funds, and retain Player Funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

2.4 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes. ma77 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ma77 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account restrictions.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ma77 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ma77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact ma77 support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security Features

ma77 provides two-factor authentication (2FA), session timeout controls, and suspicious login alerts to assist you in protecting your account. While use of these features is voluntary, ma77 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ma77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise abusive activity is suspected;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority instructs ma77 to do so;
• A Player has self-excluded or requested account closure;
• A Player is determined to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed for cause, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Player Funds (net of any forfeitable amounts) will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ma77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per method and per day; current limits are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. ma77 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Fund Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. ma77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method and account used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in your own name, to prevent money laundering.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ma77 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between these General Bonus Terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Player Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated at the time of the bonus offer (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinated play with other Players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements;
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behavior, including low-risk, systematic staking patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
• Any other conduct that ma77, in its reasonable judgment, determines to constitute misuse of promotional offers.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the relevant offer will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. Validity periods are specified at the time bonuses are credited.

6.1 Game Availability and Integrity

ma77 offers games from internationally certified third-party studios. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing procedures broadcast in real time. ma77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay that results in an incorrect game result being displayed, the valid game result as recorded in ma77's server logs shall be the definitive outcome. Bets placed during a malfunction may be voided at ma77's discretion. ma77 will not be liable for losses resulting from such malfunctions beyond returning the affected stake to the Player's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event. Bets placed on suspended, cancelled, or abandoned events will be handled in accordance with the applicable sport rules as displayed in the ma77 Sports section. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are fixed for the placed bet unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and market. ma77 reserves the right to restrict betting limits on any account, market, or event at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ma77 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Use of Software Exploits: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or software designed to exploit game vulnerabilities;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for an underage person;
• Money Laundering: Using the ma77 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling;
• Abuse of Promotions: Any activity constituting bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.3;
• Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to access ma77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8.1 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to set personal limits on your gambling activity. ma77 provides tools to help you manage your play, but ultimate responsibility for managing your gambling behavior rests with you.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ma77 Players via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logout after a set playing duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of session duration and cumulative bets placed;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your ma77 account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reactivated at your own request before the exclusion period expires.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Procedure

To activate self-exclusion, contact ma77 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request." Your account will be suspended within 24 hours of the confirmed request. During the exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from ma77. Deposits made during a self-exclusion period will be returned where technically possible.

8.4 Age Enforcement

ma77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. If ma77 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be under 21 years of age, account access will be suspended pending identity verification. This is consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework for Philippine gaming licensees.

All intellectual property on the ma77 Platform — including but not limited to the ma77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ma77 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any ma77 intellectual property.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ma77 content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of ma77 intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ma77's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

ma77 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from use or inability to use the Platform, game interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party service failures beyond ma77's reasonable control.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, you must raise the matter with ma77 Customer Support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Supporting evidence (screenshots, bet IDs, transaction references) should be included.

ma77 will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed Philippine gaming operators.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and all applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR and the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in Section 10.

ma77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-account notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the ma77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
